Can I use my bill as proof of address?+
Your monthly invoice includes your legal company name and business billing address. It may be accepted as supporting proof of address by some institutions, but requirements vary. Check with the recipient before purchasing for this purpose. A billing address does not establish physical occupancy or verify a business location.
What’s included in North Business?+
For $19.99 per month, the plan includes one US business number, a call and SMS allowance, digital fax, voicemail, call forwarding and monthly billing. Calls and SMS above your included allowance are billed in arrears on your next monthly invoice. Available features depend on the number and service configuration; SMS registration may be required.
Do I need a physical office or fax machine?+
No fax machine is needed for digital fax, and calls can be forwarded to your existing phone. Use your actual, eligible business billing address. North provides telecom services, not a business address or premises.
